MARTINSVILLE MAN WANTED FOR FLEEING FROM EDEN POLICE OFFICERS

The Eden Police Department is asking for your help. They are looking for a Martinsville area man accused of fleeing from officers at a traffic checking station.On Tuesday, September 14th, the Eden Police Department conducted a license checking station on Van Buren Road (NC Highway 14). While conducting the license check, the Eden Police Department said an individual, now identified as Levin Reeve Stokes of Martinsville, fled from the license check at a high rate of speed. Several days later, Eden Police posted a photo taken during the checking station and asked if anyone recognized the man to call police. Now the Eden Police Department has announced that charges are pending against Levin Stokes.

They include:-One count: Fleeing to Elude-One count: Reckless Driving to Endanger and Fail to Stop Now the Eden Police Department is asking for help in locating Levin Stokes.
