Guilford Mobile Pet Assistance Clinic offers free rabies vaccines and pet food Saturday

PLEASANT GARDEN — Guilford County Animal Services will offer free one-year rabies vaccines and pet food during a Mobile Pet Assistance Clinic from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 26, at 4920 Alliance Church Road.

The county says the event is designed to bring basic pet assistance directly into the community. The clinic is open to the public, and the county’s rabies guidance says pets four months and older should be crated or kept on a leash when attending a vaccination clinic.

Residents who need details before traveling can contact Guilford County Animal Services at 336-641-3400. The county lists the clinic as a Pleasant Garden event and separately maintains its schedule of rabies clinics and prevention guidance online.
