The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office has announced another felony arrest as deputies continue their efforts to enforce the law across the county.

41-year-old James Randy Kennon was arrested and charged with Felony Sex Offender Prohibited Childcare.

According to the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office, Kennon was issued a $150,000 secured bond.

The Sheriff’s Office stated that it remains committed to “holding individuals accountable that choose to break the law in our county.”

The charge is an allegation, and Kennon is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
