🚒 Fire crews from both sides of the county line were called into action Thursday night after a house fire broke out along County Line Road, an area that sits right on the border of Henry and Patrick counties.
Responding to the scene were firefighters with Fieldale Volunteer Fire Department and Patrick Henry Volunteer Fire Department, along with other emergency personnel assisting with the incident.
Crews worked to bring the fire under control and prevent the flames from spreading.
Because County Line Road runs along the Henry County–Patrick County border, firefighters from both counties were called upon to battle the blaze.
The extent of the damage and whether anyone was injured was not immediately available.
The cause of the fire has not been released.
