Have you seen our Dolly Parton scarecrow around town?

This October, we're celebrating the season by honoring all the wonderful ways Dolly Parton has contributed to our community!

Thanks to Dolly Parton's Imagination Library, children under the age of five are eligible to receive a free book every month. Because of the generous sponsorship from the Franklin County Library Foundation, over 2000 kids in our county have benefitted from this program.

You can sign up at https:// imaginationlibrary. com/usa/affiliate/VAFRANKLIN/

Don't forget to stop by the Rocky Mount Library and get your photo with Dolly!
