Rockingham County's Division of Public Health is asking adults across the county to complete the 2026 Community Health Opinion Survey, a short questionnaire tied to the Community Health Needs Assessment.
The county says the survey is being conducted with UNC Health Rockingham and Cone Health. It is designed to gather resident input on local health needs so agencies can use the responses in planning and community health work.
The online survey can be completed in about five minutes, according to the county, and responses are anonymous. Paper copies are also available by request through the Rockingham County Governmental Center or by calling the county's public health office.
For Reidsville and the wider Rockingham desk, the survey is a direct way for residents to flag concerns around access, prevention, services, and community conditions before the assessment process is finalized.
