In a thrilling finish at Daytona International Speedway, Harrison Burton clinched his first career victory in the NASCAR Cup Series during the Coke Zero Sugar 400. This monumental win also marked the historic 100th victory for the legendary Wood Brothers Racing team.
Burton, who led only the final lap of the race, overtook Kyle Busch just half a lap before the checkered flag, securing a crucial spot in the playoff field of 16 drivers. Busch finished a close second, trailing by a mere 0.047 seconds in his No. 8 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet. Christopher Bell rounded out the podium in third place, while Cody Ware and Ty Gibbs finished fourth and fifth, respectively.
