GOVERNMENT
A former campaign adviser to President Donald Trump has publicly condemned the President's management of the Jeffrey Epstein files. Despite earlier promises to disclose these documents, Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice (DOJ) have now retracted their commitment. Bondi, who claimed possession of Epstein's client list in February, currently denies its existence. The DOJ maintains that Epstein, a convicted child sex trafficker, committed suicide in his Manhattan jail cell in 2019. Trump has dismissed criticism from his supporters, branding them as "pretty bad people" and claiming the Epstein case is a "hoax" fabricated by Democrats.
