**MARTINSVILLE, VA** – Patrick & Henry Community College (P&HCC) is thrilled to announce its **2024-2025 FAFSA Blitz**, scheduled from **September 1 to September 30, 2024**. This month-long initiative will provide students with free assistance in completing the **Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)**, essential for securing financial aid for the upcoming academic year.



The FAFSA Blitz will be held **every business day from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** at the TRIO Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) located in the Walker Fine Arts Building. In addition to FAFSA completion services, participants will receive college advising, valuable referrals, and have the chance to win prizes for submitting their FAFSA during the event.



While appointments are encouraged, walk-ins are also welcome. A TRIO representative will be available in Martinsville on **Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays**, and at the P&HCC Patrick County Site on **September 10 and 24**, as well as at the Franklin Center on **September 17**. All participating students will need to complete the TRIO EOC intake form as part of federal reporting requirements.

Completing the FAFSA is a crucial step in securing financial aid for college, and our team is here to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
