**Arrest Made in Franklin County for Multiple Outstanding Warrants**
*FRANKLIN COUNTY, Va.– A man has been arrested in Franklin County after being sought for outstanding warrants across several jurisdictions.*
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Special Investigations Division received information regarding a wanted individual entering the area. Deputies successfully located and conducted a traffic stop on the suspect.
**Brandon Lee Vicars**, a 36-year-old resident of Roanoke, was apprehended and served with multiple warrants from four different counties. The charges include:
- Felony probation violation from Scott County
- Felony probation violation from Roanoke County
- Felony probation violation from Rockbridge County
- Failure to appear from Wise County
During the arrest, deputies discovered suspected methamphetamine, heroin, and fentanyl in Vicars’ vehicle. Authorities indicated that he may face additional charges based on the laboratory results of the substances.
Vicars is currently being held at the Western Virginia Regional Jail without bond. Further updates will follow as the investigation continues.
