Danville Farmers Market returns Oct. 10 at Community Market

DANVILLE — Danville's 2026 Farmers Market is scheduled to open from 7:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 10, at the Community Market Building at the Crossing at the Dan.

The city calendar lists the market location as both the Crossing at the Dan Community Market Building and the Market Room. The city's facility page identifies the Community Market at 629 Craghead St., Danville, VA 24541, and says the building is home to the Danville Farmers' Market.

The Saturday market is part of the city's seasonal schedule. Danville Parks and Recreation says the farmers market operates Saturdays from May through the end of October, giving shoppers and local vendors a recurring downtown stop for the fall season.

Practical details: The Oct. 10 market runs 7:30 a.m. to noon at 629 Craghead St. The calendar also lists a 9 a.m. Books & Brews social hour at Links Coffee House nearby, but that is a separate event.
