Greensboro residents have until 11:59 p.m. Friday, Sept. 18, to submit written or verbal comments on the city's draft Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report, or CAPER.
The report covers housing and community-development needs and program performance connected to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development funding for the 2025-26 program year.
The city says a public hearing is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, during the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting in the Katie Dorsett Council Chamber at the Melvin Municipal Building, 300 W. Washington St. Virtual participation is available by contacting the Housing and Neighborhood Development Department.
