Guilford County commissioners set Oct. 1 C-PACE public hearing

The Guilford County Board of Commissioners will hold its next regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, in the Commissioners Meeting Room on the second floor of the Old County Courthouse, 301 W. Market St., Greensboro.

The meeting agenda includes a public hearing connected to the county's proposed Commercial Property Assessed Capital Expenditure, or C-PACE, program. The hearing was rescheduled to the Oct. 1 meeting so the required notice could be published for the county's consideration of the program.
