Greensboro's Harmony in Creation songwriting residency continues Tuesday, Sept. 29, with a free sound and vocal lab from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Stephen D. Hyers Theatre, 200 N. Davie St.
The city describes the Sept. 7-Oct. 4 residency as a community-centered program designed to make the creative process accessible, interactive and welcoming to people with different levels of experience. Guided sessions bring participants together to explore music-making and the development of an original song.
The Sept. 29 session is listed as a sound and vocal lab in the residency schedule. The program also includes a final public sharing session at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Greensboro Cultural Center, 200 N. Davie St. People interested in participating can register online or through Creative Greensboro.
