GREENSBORO — Guilford County’s Small Business and Entrepreneurship Department will offer a free website-design workshop Tuesday, Oct. 20, for business owners and entrepreneurs who want practical ways to improve their online presence.
The workshop runs from noon to 1 p.m. at the Nussbaum Center of Entrepreneurship, 1451 S. Elm Eugene Street, Suite 3201, Greensboro. The county describes the session as a hands-on look at professional, user-friendly website design and the ways a site can help customers find, understand and connect with a business.
Participants can expect guidance on the elements of effective website design, aligning a site with business goals and strengthening a broader digital-marketing strategy. The county says the workshop is designed for people at all experience levels, including those building a first site or refreshing an existing one.
Registration is required through the county’s event listing. Questions can be directed to Callyce Tucker-Reves at 336-840-5993 or ctucker@guilfordcountync.gov.
