Guilford County voters can submit comments on proposed 2026 early-voting sites through a public form now posted by the county Board of Elections.
The form accepts comments of up to 2,000 characters and directs residents who need more space to submit another form. Comments can also be sent to guilfordelections@guilfordcountync.gov or provided by phone at 336-641-3836.
The board's next regular meeting is scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2026. The county says the meeting location and details will be posted closer to the date. Its meeting page says comments received by 4 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, will be provided to members in advance; later submissions are provided afterward. The county has not labeled that time as the final deadline for submitting comments.
The county's early-voting page says a non-unanimous majority plan has been sent to the North Carolina State Board of Elections and has not been approved. Residents should use the county's official pages for the final sites and schedule once a plan is adopted.
