Danville Police Seek Public’s Help Identifying Person of Interest in Golf Club Burglary
— Danville Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a person of interest connected to an early-morning burglary at the Danville Golf Club.
Police say the burglary happened around 2:20 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, in the 2700 block of West Main Street.
According to investigators, surveillance cameras captured an individual entering one of the golf club’s buildings and taking numerous golf clubs.
Police have released images of the person and are asking anyone who recognizes the individual or has information about the burglary to contact the Danville Police Department.

Information may also be provided directly to an officer, through the department’s social media accounts, by email at crimetips@danvilleva.gov, or through the CARE crime-tip system at P3Tips.com.
Police say information leading to an arrest and conviction could qualify the tipster for a cash reward.
The person shown in the surveillance images is being described by police as a person of interest. No arrest has been announced.
