Jennifer Gray Boyle Obituary Jennifer “Jill” Gray Howell Boyle of Martinsville, Virginia passed away peacefully on

October 31, 2026. Jill was born in Martinsville on August 30, 1960, she graduated from

Martinsville High School in 1978, and she worked several jobs with the most recently

being in retail.

Jill will be lovingly remembered by her family and friends whose lives were blessed by

her spark that would light up the room. Jill could make friends with just about anyone

with her friendly jokes and big smile. She loved it when the race was in town and going

to the track. Jill will be greatly missed by all of us lucky enough to have her in our lives.

We will cherish every memory we have with her.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband Bill Boyle, her mother and step-

father Dixie and Ernest Darby, her daughter Shannon Howell Dula, her step-son Billy

Boyle (Stephanie), 2 grandchildren, and her brother Richard Howell.

Though she will be deeply missed, the love she shared and the memories she leaves

behind will continue to live in the hearts of her family and friends.

Details to come regarding a celebration of life gathering at a later date, in lieu of flowers,

contributions may be made directly to the family to assist with final expenses.
