Sheriff Wayne Davis is honored and humbled to have been reelected to serve a second term as the Region II Director on the Virginia Sheriffs’ Association’s Board of Directors.
“Serving as Sheriff is an incredible responsibility, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving the Virginia Sheriff’s Association and working alongside sheriffs from across the Commonwealth.
“The Virginia Sheriffs’ Association plays an important role in strengthening the profession, sharing ideas and best practices, advocating for the needs of our offices, and ensuring that Virginia’s sheriffs have the resources and support necessary to protect and serve their communities.
“I look forward to continuing working with my fellow sheriffs, listening to the concerns of our region, and bringing those perspectives to the VSA Board. While every community we serve is unique, our commitment remains the same: to protect our citizens, support our deputies, and provide the highest level of service possible.
“I am truly grateful for the confidence placed in me by the Virginia Sheriff’s Association.
