Crews are repairing a portion of South Cedar Street in Greensboro after a sinkhole recently opened up, according to the City of Greensboro.
The city closed the stretch of road between Spring Garden Street and West McGee Street on Saturday and asked drivers to avoid the area. Water resources crews were on the scene over the weekend working to address the issue.
The city has not released an estimate for when it expects the repairs to be finished.
