Stokes United officially launched its 2027 Community Campaign on Tuesday, Oct. 20, with a kickoff luncheon at Palmyra Methodist, and the organization is calling on the community for support as the new campaign year begins.
The campaign launch was shared by Stokes United Executive Director Sabrina Gatewood, who leads the organization's work across Stokes County. Stokes United partners with local agencies and donors to support community needs, and the annual campaign is a central part of that effort.
The launch came the same week the organization recognized a major local gift: employees at Duke Energy's Belews Creek Steam Station donated $45,000 to Stokes United. Community members interested in the 2027 campaign can follow the organization and its partner agencies for updates and ways to give.
