Fleetwood Homes announced a $2.1 million expansion of its Rocky Mount factory on July 6, 2020, creating 60 jobs for a workforce of 146.
The manufactured-home builder, a Cavco Industries subsidiary, has operated in Franklin County since 1968. The project renovated and expanded the plant and included $700,000 of new equipment.
