A section of Route 635, Edwardsville Road, in Franklin County is scheduled to close beginning Monday, Sept. 21, for bridge maintenance.

The county says the structure is 0.09 mile south of Route 633, Winterhill Road, and 1.50 miles north of Route 679, Truman Hill Road. The work is expected to be completed around Thursday, Sept. 24.

Drivers should allow extra time and follow posted detours or local transportation updates. The county's notice describes the closure and expected completion date but does not promise that the road will reopen on that exact day.
