Bookmarks Festival of Books and Authors set for Sept. 26 in downtown Winston-Salem

WINSTON-SALEM — The 21st annual Bookmarks Festival of Books and Authors will bring a free day of literary programming to downtown Winston-Salem from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26.

Visit Winston-Salem describes the Saturday street festival as a downtown event with author panels, readings, book signings, activities, exhibitors, vendors and food trucks. The festival’s information page places activity primarily around the Milton Rhodes Center for the Arts and Spruce Street, with additional activity near Bookmarks at Fourth and Holly streets.
