A 27-year-old man, Markuis Liqwon Skipwith, has been arrested for an attempted robbery at Purdum Woods Apartments in Danville on Monday. Skipwith faces multiple charges, including robbery with serious injury, aggravated malicious wounding, and firearm-related offenses. The incident resulted in one man being shot and another suffering a head injury.

Skipwith is currently held in Danville City Jail without bond as the investigation continues.
