Investigation for alleged child abuse and neglect.

Two significant incidents have occurred over the past few months. On April 4, 2025, the reported actions involved children who were 4 years old and took place over an approximately 10-minute timeframe: Staff Member 1 allegedly pushed Child 3 backwards by striking the child's forehead. This same staff member is also accused of swatting at Child 4, hitting the child in the head, and pulling the child's hair. Subsequently, Child 4 was observed rubbing their head, specifically the area where their hair had been pulled, as they walked away. Furthermore, Staff Member 1 apparently grabbed Child 2, forced the child's head down by the back of their head, and put the child in a headlock. This staff member also allegedly pushed Child 2 backwards by hitting them in the forehead. Separately, Staff Member 2 is accused of handling Child 1 roughly, jerkily pulling the child by their arm multiple times.
