DANVILLE — Danville government offices, the public library and the James F. Ingram Justice Center will be closed on Monday, Oct. 12, for the Columbus Day holiday, the city announced Oct. 7.
The closure includes the Municipal Building and all other City of Danville government offices. Residents who need in-person city or library services should plan around the one-day holiday schedule.
Danville Transit will operate as usual on Oct. 12. Household trash and yard-waste collection will also take place Monday on the regular schedule.
