Guilford Board of Elections schedules Oct. 20 absentee applications meeting

GREENSBORO — Guilford County’s Board of Elections lists an Absentee Applications and Regular Meeting for 2 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2026.

The county says the meeting-room location and event details will be posted closer to the meeting date. The official page also provides a virtual-meeting link when available and says agendas and memos are typically posted at least one hour before each meeting.

Residents who want to submit comments should check the county’s instructions: comments received by 4 p.m. the day before the meeting are provided to board members in advance, while later comments are provided after the meeting. Public comment is not a standard component of every board meeting and will be identified in the posted agenda when permitted.

Before attending or connecting, voters should confirm the final location, virtual-access instructions and any cancellation or schedule change on the county page or by calling the elections office at 336-641-3836.
