4:54 p.m. FRI - 9/11/26 - NEW storms are going to form seemingly “out of nowhere” as outflow winds converge near a cool front dropping south in the red shaded area.

Strong to severe storms firing up into the rest of the late afternoon and evening hours may turn severe through 9 p.m. Rotation and a tornado can’t be entirely ruled out along with hail and damaging straight line winds.

Stay away from windows. 🪟 If you can hear the thunder you are close enough to be struck by lightning ⚡️.
