Looks like the Golden Arches are getting a little more local around Henry County!
Sullivan Restaurants has purchased the McDonald's locations in Ridgeway and Collinsville, expanding its footprint across the region. The company already owns McDonald's restaurants in Martinsville, Bassett and Rocky Mount.
That means two more familiar drive-thrus are now joining the Sullivan Restaurants family — and customers probably won't have to look far to find one of their locations.
Owner Jack Sullivan told Star News he is grateful to the employees and managers who helped make the company's growth possible and is looking forward to welcoming the Ridgeway and Collinsville teams.
"I'm grateful to the crew members and managers at our current restaurants who made this growth possible, and I'm excited to welcome the Collinsville and the Ridgeway teams to the Sullivan Restaurants family," Sullivan said.
He added that the company is committed to providing "fast, friendly service, quality food, while being a trusted neighbor."
So, whether you're grabbing a quick breakfast, a Big Mac, or just trying to survive the dinner rush, Sullivan Restaurants is now serving up an even bigger slice of the local McDonald's market.
Five locations and counting — looks like the Golden Arches have found a familiar local owner!
