Steak Is Coming to Collinsville: New Steakhouse Appears to Be Taking Over Former Crucible Cuisine
COLLINSVILLE, Va. — Collinsville apparently isn't done adding places to eat — and this time, it looks like steak is on the menu.
A new steakhouse appears to be coming to the former Crucible Cuisine location in the Collinsville District, although details about the new restaurant remain pretty scarce.
We don't know the name, opening date or much about what will be served just yet.
But we do know one thing: the sign is lit.
The LED sign near the roadway was recently illuminated, signaling that something new is getting ready to fire up at the former restaurant location.
For now, residents will have to wait for the details — including exactly what kind of steaks will be hitting the grill and when the doors will officially open.
After all, nothing says something is coming quite like an illuminated sign and a whole lot of unanswered questions.
Collinsville has a new steakhouse on the way. Now we just need to know when we can order the first ribeye.
