Nelson Traffic Alert | Henry County, Va. — Emergency crews responded to a crash involving a Chevrolet Camaro that went over an embankment near 110 DuPont Road.
The male victim was able to walk back up the hill after the vehicle went over the embankment. He was then assisted onto a rescue carrier by emergency personnel.
Henry County Public Safety, Ridgeway Volunteer Fire Department and Martinsville Fire Department responded to the scene.
Virginia State Police are investigating the crash. Additional information about what caused the vehicle to leave the roadway has not been released.
