Joseph L. Overstreet, 87, of Roanoke, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital with his family by his side. He was a member of Hollins Road Baptist Church, and retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad with 30 years of service. He loved watching sports and spending time with his kitties.
