Roanoke drivers using Peters Creek Road should plan around a short daytime lane closure near Fire Station 4 this week.
The City of Roanoke says improvements at the entrance of Fire Station 4, 3763 Peters Creek Road, will require closing the southbound right lane in the 3700 block of Peters Creek Road.
The closure is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, July 16, 2026. The city posted the notice Tuesday, July 14, and described the work as a temporary lane closure tied to station entrance improvements.
