The Winston-Salem Area Transportation Advisory Committee is scheduled to meet virtually by Zoom at 4:15 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17.

The posted agenda includes proposed amendments to the Winston-Salem Area Transportation Planning Organization's 2026-35 Transportation Improvement Program and changes to the 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan.

Members are also scheduled to review funding recommendations for the Section 5307-JARC and Section 5310 transit programs, along with future agenda items involving the planned I-74 naming and the area's next transportation-prioritization cycle.

The city says meeting access information is included in the agenda materials. Residents interested in the region's road, transit and airport priorities should review the official booklet before the meeting.
