The Forsyth County Board of Elections is scheduled to meet at 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, to consider absentee-ballot applications for the Nov. 3, 2026, general election.
The meeting is part of a schedule approved Aug. 20 that also lists sessions on Sept. 29, Oct. 6, Oct. 8 and additional dates through Election Day. The county says the board will meet in the Cooper-Cardwell Elections Room at the Forsyth County Government Center.
The Government Center is at 201 N. Chestnut St. in Winston-Salem. The county notice says the board may conduct other business during the listed meetings, so the Oct. 1 session is more than a calendar reminder for ballot applications.
