Henry County voters face 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Election Day window on Aug. 4

Henry County voters who still need to cast a ballot in the 2026 dual primary will vote Tuesday, Aug. 4, at their assigned precincts. The county Elections & Voter Registration office says polls will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

The county's early-voting period ended Saturday, Aug. 1. Voters who did not use that window should confirm their assigned precinct before leaving for the polls rather than going to the registrar's office.

Election officials also list a canvass for Friday, Aug. 7, at 9 a.m. at the Henry County Elections Office, 3300 Kings Mountain Road, Martinsville. The canvass is part of the county's post-election process and is open as a public government proceeding.

Residents can use the county elections page for official notices, sample ballots and registrar information. The Virginia voter-information portal also provides a polling-place lookup.
