Rockingham County's Division of Public Health has opened its 2026 Community Health Opinion Survey and is asking adults countywide to participate. The survey is part of the county's Community Health Needs Assessment process and is being run in conjunction with UNC Health Rockingham and Cone Health.
Officials say the questionnaire takes about five minutes, responses are anonymous, and it can be completed online or by requesting a paper copy. Paper copies are available through the county by phone or at the Rockingham County Governmental Center.
The county also notes the online form defaults to English but can be switched to Spanish using the globe icon in the top-right corner. Public health leaders are using this round of responses to map priority needs and direct future coordination efforts.
For residents in Reidsville and surrounding Rockingham communities, the survey is one of the most direct ways to influence which health concerns are prioritized in upcoming county planning cycles.
