Timmy “Tim” Ellison Payne Sr., 73, passed away peacefully on October 14, 2026. Tim was born in Danville VA on May 2, 1953 to the late Chaney Gibson Payne and the late Benjamin Hill Payne Jr. Tim was of the Christian Faith. He worked for many years at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, previous to his retirement. Tim is survived by two sons; Timmy E. Payne...
