Danville's Moonlight Paddle set for Sept. 26 on the Dan River

Danville — Danville Parks and Recreation has scheduled a Moonlight Paddle for 8 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, on the Dan River. The trip will start at the Abreu-Grogan Boathouse, 2020 Memorial Drive, Danville.

The city calendar lists the cost at $17 per person and describes the river-trip program as offering options ranging from beginner-friendly to advanced. The evening date and start time make the event a distinct weekend outdoor option for registered participants.
