A high-end baby item was the key to helping a High Point woman track down and recover her stolen SUV.

Barbara Knight says her Kia Telluride was stolen from her driveway in High Point, missing early in the morning around 6 or 7 a.m. on Aug. 18, and she immediately contacted High Point Police. While she was upset about the SUV, it was her Nuna stroller, which retails for about $1,300, sitting in the back seat that had her most agitated. Knight said she went into mama bear mode, telling reporters that someone can steal from her but they are not going to steal from her baby.

Knight became determined to find both the SUV and the stroller, and after the stroller was posted online she told reporters she clicked her car keys and it was there, helping her connect the dots and recover the vehicle.
