EDEN, N.C. — A lengthy narcotics investigation in Eden has now produced a laundry list of charges against two men — and police say children were allegedly exposed to controlled substances in the process.
On September 2, 2026, Eden Police Department narcotics detectives executed a narcotics-related search warrant at 928 Harris Street following an investigation that had been underway for some time.
As a result of the search, detectives secured warrants charging 59-year-old Curtis Eugene Terry with:
Possession of a Firearm by a Felon — Felony
Possession of Schedule I Controlled Substance — Felony
Possession of Cocaine — Felony
Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine (PWISD) — Felony
Exposing a Child to a Controlled Substance — 2 counts — Felony
Sell/Deliver Controlled Substance Within 1,000 Feet of a Park — Felony
Maintaining a Vehicle/Dwelling for Controlled Substances — Felony
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia — Misdemeanor
And apparently, one suspect wasn't enough for the paperwork pile.
Police also secured warrants for 32-year-old Darrell Antwon Wilson.
Wilson faces:
Exposing a Child to a Controlled Substance — 2 counts — Felony
Child Abuse — 2 counts — Misdemeanor
Possession of Marijuana — Misdemeanor
Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia — Misdemeanor
According to Eden Police, the investigation involves alleged narcotics activity at the Harris Street location and includes allegations that children were exposed to controlled substances.
Terry is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in Rockingham County District Court on September 10, 2026.
Wilson received a $60,000 secured bond and is also scheduled to appear in Rockingham County District Court on September 10.
The case isn't over yet.
Eden Police say the investigation remains ongoing, and no further information will be released at this time.
