The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office has another arrest to add to its recent list — and this one comes with no bond.
41-year-old Jason Edward Brown was arrested on August 25, 2026, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Brown faces the following charges:
Citation for Possession of a Schedule IV Controlled Substance
Felony Fugitive Warrant
Driving While License Revoked
Brown was issued no bond.
The fugitive warrant, combined with the drug and driving charges, means Brown will have some explaining to do in court.
As with all arrests, the charges are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
