The Winston-Salem Police Department is seeking public assistance in the search for a man who has been missing for nearly two weeks.

Investigators say 55-year-old Marcus Nathan Simpson last spoke to his family on Aug. 26 and his vehicle was last seen in the Winston-Salem area in the early morning hours of Aug. 27. His current destination is unknown, as is what he was wearing. Simpson is described as a Black man around 5-foot-9 and 214 pounds, driving a silver 1998 Porsche Boxster convertible with North Carolina plate JJX-5736.

Anyone who has seen Simpson or his car is asked to call WSPD at (336) 773-7700, Crime Stoppers at (336) 727-2800, or text tips and photos to the WSPD at (336) 276-1717.
