WINSTON-SALEM — Winston-Salem Theatre Alliance opens its run of Disney’s “Frozen” on Friday, Aug. 14, bringing the family musical to 650 W. Sixth St. through Sunday, Aug. 23.
Visit Winston-Salem lists performances at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 14; 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15; and 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 16. The final week includes 7:30 p.m. performances Thursday through Saturday, Aug. 20-22, followed by a 2 p.m. matinee Sunday, Aug. 23.
The production follows sisters Anna and Elsa in the fictional kingdom of Arendelle and includes the stage adaptation’s familiar songs alongside additional music written for the musical.
