Two Roanoke street segments are scheduled to close all day Friday and Saturday for special events: Luck Avenue SW between 3rd and 4th and Norfolk Avenue SW between 8th and 9th.

The City of Roanoke calendar lists Pumpkin Painting from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, in the Community Room at Raleigh Court Library.
